I have but its usually from irritating your throat, im sure you have been smoking alot of BHO an coughing alot which is irritating something, also you could be smoking your oils to hot which will also irritate your throat... but if it continues you should check it out or stop doing whatever it is you are doing that makes it bleed... even if that mean quitting smoking....
