there is a good chance he is innocent therefore the a-holes ruling he cannot have a new trial with the new evidence are fascist scum....If they read this then ponder this...If he is innocent you are then the real murderer.....
The jury, composed of 7 blacks and 5 whites, took under 2 hours to find Davis guilty on one count of murder and the other offenses. He got a fair trail, not that a fair trial in this country is actually fair but he was found guilty, no getting around that. I do disagree with the death sentence, it's based in part on some dumb anti-terror bill from 1996 after the OK bombing, which restrained federal courts from overturning death penalty convictions, and ordering new trials. @TheUSMetalhead Did you listen to the appeal. Almost all of the witnesses at the original trial recanted their fabricated story and pointed their finger at another suspect. If that's not a damn good reason to get a new trial, we might might as well be executing people at random.
