They all have belts. Davit launch or free fall. If the seats are all back facing, it is generally a free fall.

@FlymannNO If there was rough water, and the life boat rolled over, if everyone was strapped into there seats, the life boat would right itself.
Hope you are not prone to sea sickness if there is rough water, :)
