They are beautiful and strange... but extremely delicate. I live in Hawaii so the climate is ideal for the Jackson's. but if you live in a different are, make sure to pay close attention to the temperature and humidity... contact some local herps for information.

90 is SUPER hot in his basking spot for a little baby Jackson's. It really should be about 80 in his basking spot, 90 could really do some damage to him, not just externally but internally. Extreme heat causes brain damage. Even as an adult, his basking spot shouldn't be more than 85. Jackson's like cooler temperatures. And nightime light stresses them out a lot, but otherwise everything looks and sounds great!
Go ahead, shorten his life. It isn't my chameleon. And at least I know THIS much: You're going to fry him with those temperatures and ultimately he wont live as long.
Crickets, mealworms and fruit flies, and yes i dust the crickets and meal worms with calcium vitamin d3 powder. they need that shit so make sure you give it to them...fruit flies are to small and delicate to dust.
The timer turns the lights off at 7:00pm and turns them back on at 7:00am. They dont need light at night time. You want their temperature to be 65-70 degrees at night. which is simple, just set you AC at home to that. Problem solved.
the fogger is great. It stays on for about a half hour depending on how much water it has. The chameleon loves it. when he sees that fog he will haul ass into it.
