lol, this is pac steam. You can create a whole new account with no games. It doesnt matter. It does give you every game. But 99.9% of them wont download. About 5 games will actually download and work.

do it the easy way. download the games via torrent. it may take way longer to download and it may not work with the steam server, but you can actually get the game. when i installed pacsteam, it worked, but i could only download and install like 3 games. thats not very much. Ive downloaded about 7 steam games from torrents and they work great.
