A law firm representing the Columbus Dispatch requested that the video be taken down, and that's why the original video is no longer available. For whatever reason, YouTube just hasn't taken all the other versions down, probably because it would be too much work to keep up with all the people posting it.

OMG that is almost EXACLY what happened. 'cept the government didn't find the guy. They ACTUALLY cloned Obama, using his DNA & named him Ted(after Ted Kennedy, last name Williams after Montel Williams) then they took this Obama clone drone and sat him next to a loud speaker that played nothing but announcer voices so that it would learn to imitate those sounds. they dressed the clone like a homeless guy put him in Ohio(since it was eh close to DC) fed him a story, rest is history..

According to the article, it's confirmed that Ted is a previous convicted fellon running a scam of sorts.
