I thought I would never find a game like Okami -- a jewel in the rough, separating itself from the mass of senseless pieces of crap they publish nowadays, with stunning graphics, awe-inspiring moments and unbelievable music. @PhbBen Dude, you've no clue how right you are. As much as I hate to admit it, the Wii is getting crap games. The only ones that are really getting the Wii any credit are the more "mainstream" ones, like the Zelda and Mario series. All these other games are just... crap. Any racing game other than Mario Kart from Nintendo doesn't get attention. Fitness games, game show-based games, movie games, learning games, mysteries... Nobody gives em attention. Games like Okami DESERVE attention.

If you make this a transition from True Strength, it fits together really well. It makes you think of how Oki realized how badly he screwed up, but then now in Brave Warrior Oki he decides to fight on for his people and the world by going back and attempting to right all his wrongs. I can just see him stand up proud, sword in hand, and say "For my people and all of Kamui, I will not back down. You, Amaterasu, have shown me this, and I have gratitude for you and the faith you bring."

Why does this seem so fitting for Amaterasu actually diving off the cliff to save Waka? Like the music starts when Ammy dives off, and just after the first part, when the repeat-like part begins, Ammy catches him. Then at the epic part after the first part, Ammy uses an upward Galestorm to blow them back up the cliff to battle. And the song doesn't loop. Right at the part it would normally loop at, they land at the top of the cliff again.

What comes to mind from hearing this song is Oki saying "Come with me, Amaterasu. The time of killing the demons is at a moment's reach, I can feel it in the air. The music in Okami is so epic! We have all from happy moments with cheerful music to the moment when darkness rules and the lonely hero stands before the big treath, with mighty sounds and instruments to fill in. Without the music, Okami would have lacked one of the best parts of the game. And even though the game is one of the best ones ever made (The best one in my opinion) It didn´t sell. The world just ignored the best game ever!
