Propaganda is just lies basically. they are fighting for their rights- to have a fair election, they tricked out the votes to make one president win. it was an unfair election, so people are harmlessly protesting for their rights-not acting at all. And they are being assaulted and killed and put behind bars, just because they want justice.

We (the US) have enough stuff going on right now. We went through the same thing in the 2004 Election with Bush and Kerry, when the votes in Florida we tampered with. if US. sends some troop into the gulf, and around the borders in iraq and Afghanistan...there will be a psychological stress on the gov. of iran (ahmadenajd). This will surely help; If not that, they can send help by money(food) to the iranian people... this way they(people of iran) can continue with the protesting. Getting involve is not always by force of the military... =/

Good point Shred. I think most of the time its the context in which the people protest. Meaning, if you are protesting and no one is listening then... But if you can get the attention of the people that can make decisions then you may get somewhere. I totally agree about marches and protest not being as effective as they once were, but its like... "Hey, we gotta do something". I always try to voice my opinion. If it wasnt for protest, we as blacks would still be in cotton fields. lol...

They are getting some great press coverage. DC does have a certain political presence. Everyone here is on government and politics... white, black, asian, hispanic... The crowd gets bigger everytime they come out, so who knows.  I respect them for it though.

I have respect for anyone who voices their opinion. I've been in several protest here in Austin, but that's all that's done so yeah I've got a sour taste in my mouth. I'm interested in this and will keep watch on this event. I hope their demands are met. That would be a positive step in the right direction to protesting about things in our own backyard like Outsourcing, bailouts for the big guys, smaller govt., poor education, healthcare, retirement. etc things that really affect us Americans.
