ive been playing for 6 years now and have hit chains at least 20 times but no aces..... o well im only 17 still lots of time. how many of yours have hit and bounced out jeez id almost rather miss that hear the chains and run down there to see it on the ground. especially on blind holes
I've always been amazed how few shots come out. If I hit chains they usually stick, probably due to the angl of the disc at impact, I typically throw high wide cut shots or skip shots that com in at the same angle.
Are hole in ones common in this game. Ive never played it since in West Virginia we have no courses. (However we do have Irish Road Bowling in the moutains) Strange huh, lol
I don't know if you travel for disc golfing, but if your in the Chicago land area there's a great course in Libertyville. It's at the Adler Park area. If your in the area check it out.
Glad you enjoy the videos and that they inspire you to play. Even though there is no course where you go to school, you can always make up your own object course on campus or at a nearby park.
CUBBY!!!!! It's me again! I played disc golf for the second time today. It was packed so i was hesitant to play a second round, but i went for it and got my first ace on hole 1!!! it was the most amazing feeling ever. one other pseron saw it. it's too bad i don't have any proof, and i know it sounds very unlikely since i'm such a rookie, but i wouldn't lie about these kind of things. Although it is only a 173 foot hole, there are lots of trees to dodge, and it still feels great!!!
Congrats on your first Ace!!!!!!!! No one was around for my first Ace either and I know exactly what you experienced. There is no feeling like the feeling you get on your first Ace. Way to go my friend and thanks for sharing the experience with me. Hang that disc on the wall. Keep in touch.
its 10:30pm. bout to go out for some night golf looking for my first ace :D.

Your laugh or joy yelp made me chuckle. Nice putt and what disc was that? If you remember...

Big John gets credit for the audio. The putter is an Omega Super Soft.
