Death is the one of most badass character in the series(It says that one they it will kill God, how could something be more badass than this) , this intro fits Death perfectly.

He was also referring to LUCIFER as a spoiled brat throwing a temper tantrum, not the angels in general...though they do come across that way in general don't they? The other horsemen weren't jokes so to speak, but War, Famine, Pestilence...they all lead to Death don't they?

The brilliant thing is that's it classic Supernatural. Villain comes in, someone pisses him off and he kills them. But it's done just right and the music complements it incredibly well. Incredible stuff by all those involved.
