The cops showing up in uniform with weapons makes their presence violent. If cops are just there to make sure it wont get "Out of Hand" then why do the cops have to have weapons? It doesn't make sense. And yes they might be "doing their job" but think about what a "Job" really is. It is some person at the top telling you what to do.
