Hi Carlos.

Some electrical engines have a mechanical way to change the polarity on the wire core and make the engine turn. Those engines are the Brushed engines.

Some engines have no brush, they are called brushless, and the polarity control is made an electronic device. The brushless motors have an amazing performance compared to the brushed.

The life of a brushless motor usually is much longer .

There are a lot of technical detail, but in a very basic way is this :-)

No. The engine in this video is brushed.

I have another heli like this converted to brushless, but It´s a little over power, so it is not so soft to control the engine, and the battery has one minute less of duration compared with brushed.

This is damn impressive. I have one of these and I think I'm years away from being able to hold it that steady. It looks easy on video but trust me, this is amazingly difficult with this model.

Thank´s . You are right. This heli is much more difficult to fly than a bigger one. All the time we have to give small inputs during the hover. But after learning to fly this small machine, you will see that is very easy to fly bigger rc helicopters. :-)

tenho um modelo desse, 4#3 A, mais por ser muito fragil até agoroa tive receio de coloca-lo no ar, percebo ao tentar decolar que ele corre para os lados e com receio acabo nao decolando.

No começo é assim mesmo. No entanto, próximo ao solo, ele fica bem instável e difícil de controlar devido a varios fatores. Após uns 30 cm de altura, o helicóptero se comporta melhor, sem os efeitos da turbulência do ar gerada por ele próprio. De qualquer modo, alguns tombos quando se aprende a voar sozinho são inevitáveis! :)

Opa! Muito legal seus vídeos. Comprei um dragonfly 2 só para esborrachar no chão mesmo e perder o medo, (eita teste caro, rs).

Agora quero comprar um Walkera 4#3B. Onde consigo um? Moro em Belo Horizonte.

Eu não consigo nem decolar! O heli tomba para o lado assim que eu aumento a potência do rotor, será algum problema técnico? Alguma dica?

Olá amigo. Quando o helicóptero ainda está com os esquis no chão, e começa inclinar para um dos lados, ou você tira potência e começa novamente a decolagem, ou aplica bastante comando para trazê-lo novamente à posição normal. O ideal é não demorar tanto para decolar, pois fica mais fácil do heli obedecer aos comando após estar no ar. Os vôos pairados a menos de 30 cm de altura tabém são mais instáveis, pois o vento que a hélice gera, toca o solo e turbilhona.
