I thought you'd run the risk of bending the ram driving along the tip with the body coming down. Better to wait for the body to come down nearly all the way before driving off. Not having a go, just an opinon....

I saw a funny video of a truck like this driving along a highway with it's trailer raised...until it hit an overpass! WHAM! Pretty impressive...and pretty dumb too! LOL.
