Que lentitud, si hubierais subido mas rapido dandole Gas, hasta arriba subiria? No lleva el Tomcar Reductora? Es diesel o Gasolina? Pero si esos neumaticos no llevan huella, cambiarlas y vereis!
I dont know if you are are mechanic or not, but it would be really neat if a couple of modifications were made to the Tomcar. The first is well obviously four wheel drive. The second is lockers, or so I believe they are called. I noticed in your video that only the wheel with the least amount of traction was spinning, perhaps a locker would fix some of the traction problems. And third is larger wheels ans tires, it has a large diamiter. Thus, making it easyer to roll over objects. --Kyle.

I should note: this is one of the steepest hills I've ever attempted. The angle of the camera is WAY off.
