Just a question, how is the windscreen mounted on the red C70? Once I have some time to refurbish mine I might consider adding a shield like that. Cool video, I love motorcycle trips!
@roboticdolphin I just drilled small holes in it and tie wrapped it to the mirrors and blinker mounts with zip ties I wanted .it simple to remove because it wont fit in my van with the wind screen on so simply cutting the ties and putting new ones on when I unload is a plus.
@ChasingEdom pros----- great gas mileage , can ride two, eclectic classic bike, people always want to talk about it, most girls like it, very reliable, stores easily, does well off road and fun to ride.
Cons----- a bit slow on hills, sucks in the rain, some parts are hard to find, 6 volt system, dim headlight, if the headlight blows all the other bulbs blow, and a bit friends of teasing you.
So you can actually get yours to 55? Dayum! I'm considering downgrading from a Honda Elite 80cc to Passport 70 because of the top speed bump and the reliability. (It's supposedly legendary, can you confirm this?) My moped's VERY practical, as well, having storage up front and a basket in the back, looks like I can get a basket in the back, does it have any under the seat storage or anything?
@deathbyzergling yes 55 down a hill but it is really winding out, the passports have less cc's but but do better in speed and fuel because they have real gears, the reliability is great , with very basic upkeep they just keep running, many of the parts are easy to obtain along with many Chinese knock off parts that often out preform the oem, they came from the factory with a basket up front but I use soft coolers as saddle bags, no under seat storage but there is a small cover on the left side
Very nice.
