  • out of the 3 catagories lean doubles classic what would be the best to gain weight and muscle mass

  • @mrloks24 The classic schedule with heavier weights that make you fail at 8-10 reps would be best out of those three. However, I have P90X Mass schedule that is more specific for gaining mass. Please send me a message if you want it (I can't post link here).

  • do you need any type of work out machines or special equipment to really complete p90x? could someone get back to me on that b/c just want to know prior to me purchasing it...

  • @webinuri You will need either resistance bands or dumbbells. A pull up bar will increase your results but you can sub the bands for that too. I actually have another video here that shows you how. You can also use a mat for yoga if you don't have carpet. The program, the bands, mats, and the bar are available on my site. I would really appreciate if you got them there so I can be your official coach. Bring it!!

  • i think the p90x program includes those things for you to look like that and im pretty sure they use why protein and creatine as well.
