  • Well, if you had air assist, you wouldn't probabbly have fire and it would cut the ply on one pass..! Not sure though but... something you should try! (I'm making my own laser plotter @ home and from what i've seen air assist is something highly recommended!) Have you tried a small sheet of alluminium?

  • @DJRockinRob Just as long as it's smaller than 8"x8" - but I'm working on increasing the bed size.
