Don't take it out on yourself--instead, imagine everyone else jealous because they don't know what they're missing (especially people my age or younger, I'm 22).
Unusual structure and great soloing. that growly guitar tone is just priceless. and the second half, sitar drum solo, so unexpected. And the chorus of oboes!
@thewordofgord : I think they're ring-modulated trumpets, not oboes. RW made pretty frequent use of them, both here and on Message From The Country, and in his later work with Wizzard.
Its so wierd you calling this pop music cuz im 19 my self and all the pop music of my life time has been nothing like this and basically this is fantastic. i hear music from musicians who can actually play instruments!!! then again "rock music" back before i was born was better too...i was seriously born in an out of place era for music. XD

"Looking On": an absolute classic, prog really.

Prog before it got predictable.
Thanks for posting audio and video.
Entire album an unrecognized classic.

Looking on was a very rare album (in the North East anyway) I bought it in 1970 - very shortly after it came out - in Sunderland Co-op.
I don't think I ever saw this album in any other record shop!
