No, not everything in the Bible is true and certainly the Exodus story is a parable, not a real event. Jesus' message was hijacked by the church and then distorted to make it look like Jesus was preaching its new religion when Jesus was critical of everything religion. The Gospel of Thomas is a Gnostic Gospel. Its authorship is attributed to Jesus's twin brother and disciple, Didymos Judas Thomas. As for the Quran, not "doctrines of demons" at all. It was intended to address the lies in the old Jewish/Christian texts compiled in the Bible.

@RAVEN742241 - I looked up the definition - I didn't see anything at all about "not fanatical" or "Free thinker". Did you write your own dictionary? It means to take or to choose. In other words, first there must be a doctrine, and then certain pieces of that doctrine are extracted and a new doctrine is formed minus the ones that were left behind. That's what heresy is.
