Something like this happened to me 3 years ago, when I was undergoing sleep paralysis soon after waking up from this loud music that started playing, and everything was moving in slow motion as I felt like I had all this pressure on my chest. Then when I barely got the strength to turn my head to the right, I saw a grey shadowy figure reflecting in the mirror that appeared to be staring at me. I find this sort of stuff interesting. Although, I wonder now how many people subconsciously use alien stories to mask their sexual abuse (anal probing), like a defense mechanism. And of course, the question of whether it's alien or human activity. It seems to me that the older, less coerced stories have more credibility, than the 'popular' ones now. I'm skeptical, but open. Another question would involve the cost of resources and time to travel across space, just to come to earth in secret.

i had sleep paralasis alot before, where i am aware i am a sleep, try to move, but my body will not let me. i have a process of waking up which starts with me relaxing and concentrating real hard 2 move my fingertips, then kind of try 2 do a large movement like swing my arm, then slowly i recover. it takes a lot of focus. do not know what it is, but when i awake, i am REALLY TIRED, but am afraid 2 go 2 sleep. i am sure this is medically explained though, cause i have no recollection ofabductions

I am not a big believer of aliens.. but its quite possible they are here and you cannot deny the possibility. But really what if they are here or they are not here? We all have our own life to live and our own agendas, I think that comes first before we worry about what's the Grey agenda is.

I'm much more apt to believe in aliens than I am in "God". There's too much information to support alien existence and nothing to support a "God".
