  • dropped like a sack of taters...

  • Good shooting! I have a ruger mini 14 in 223 and I love it...

  • *continued* you go shouting about your own insecurites and shifting them onto everyone else hmm, just something to think about before you make a comment like that and waste everyones time AGAIN, no? 0.o

  • Wow lycansquebakers i would tend to agree with huntwithairguns on that, you're such a big man keyboard warrior i think everyone here is shaking in our hunter wellies haha please do us all a favour and if you dont like these videos dont watch them and go and get a real job and take up a real hobby like oh um i dunno lawn bowls or go and sit with the women at the local sewing class. And with all that talk about being gay and dick in their i would loko at yourself before

  • you motherfucker gay randomblunt suck my long dick and open your mouth i will sprinkle my shag in your mouth. you fucker gay you know fucker all the motherfucker hunters in the world are gays. you are the big gay among those gays. you fucker turn your ass i will slice your gay ass. idiot if you have guts then remove your dress get naked and fight 1000 lions without any weapon? will you. if no then slice your ass and slice your dick.

  • @lycansquebakers I know your just a pussy that would only say something that stupid over a computer. Do you even realize that none of what you just said made any sense?

  • @lycansquebakers wow, this fuckin guy REALLY likes goats... i mean really...

  • I shoot several styles of .223 at coyotes and smaller game. I didn't think they would be that lethal on anything as large as these goats appear to be. Guess I was wrong! That was some good clean shooting. Would love to do this.

  • @coyoteodie here in west virgina all we use to hunt deer is 223 or 22-250 youll kill them at 400yrds with them

  • here in hawaii there everywhere we use AR-15s and mini-14s and wipe'em out

  • geez that's a nice sound! is that really a .223?

  • lol fukin cool

  • .223 is perfect for goats if you have the right ammo. But if you're using cheap ammo a lot of lead fragments inside the goat. which sucks.

  • Nice shootin! Quick and humane.

  • goats feeding on sage has got to be some really foul tasting meat!!

  • i mean 2 goats

  • nice shootin bro bad ass id say dats killin 2 birds with 1 stone lol well 1 goats lol

  • Nice shooting, good hunt!

  • i like how you tenderize the meat ..

  • Where abouts?

  • Shooting dude.

  • Thats Awesome, What Do You Do? . . . Park Your Truck At The Bottom Of The Hill And Have The Goat Fall-Slide Into It? -Spose It Saves All The Fuss OF Hiking Up The Hill And Retriving Tha Goat. Great Idea. . . . . Im Gonna Try Et.

  • Why Do You Capitalize The First Letter Of Every Word You Type?

  • Just a typing settings thing, nothing sinister.

  • Goat is very tasty, especially smoked & a little charred.

  • that is friggin awesome

  • Nice hunting man. Stick with hornady soft point ballistic tips. Hunting witha .223 is fine as long as its legal in your state. Just make it a good humane shot. Very nice.

  • bro i heard that .223 isnt that of a good hunting rounds is that true?it could take out bear and moose but has to be 3-4 shot. a .308 and 30-30 30-06 will knock

the goat of bear dead in it track.1 shot only

  • the .223 is a great hunting caliber. drops a deer in one shot

  • when you hunt with a .223 for deer about how many yards is best for shooting?

  • @italianbistro130

I'd say up to probably 300 would be on the safe side. i dont know tho cause i havent shot one over 150 yards with the 223

  • @BallisticTip270WSM well i seen videos a guy shooting .223 AR15 at 800 yards target 12 inches by 12 inches hits the target with half his bullets which is purty damn good. Realistically with .223 the effective range is 300 meters which is sorta like semi sniper rifle. I am the same shoot at 150 meters regularly hardly ever miss i use the AUG platform.

  • id say up to about 200 , because u can work out bullet drop at tat range and with .223 its all about placement

  • @italianbistro130 well deer are larger critters and harder to miss. I would safely say if your above average shooter no more than 500 meters using a bipod and good scope. most .223 calibers rifles have 1 MOA basically one inch per 100 meters. at 500 meters you are going to be 5 inches at best from the center point. .223 are good semi sniper rifles

  • taken with a cell phone camera? well, it would be cool to shoot the goat again while he's falling down the hill!

  • Good job now it dinner time. smoked goat my favorite.

  • I'm a hunter and if that was a shoot and let lay kind of thing, I want the rest of the world to know that's not how all of us roll.

  • the department of conservation shoots hundreds of these goats out of choppers. unless we are invaded by a goat eating nation, I doubt there will be much change.

gotta ask the Qn. whether we want a country infested with an INTRODUCED goat population and no native flora?

can see where you are comeing from though, esp. if you aren't from 'round these parts.

    'later bro.

  • Yea I get it now. It's like the antelope in Wisconsin and stuff like that- well I don't know if the ranchers are removing them "legally", but it still helps their crops out in any case.

  • Say if you can get your hands on some of the Barns x 224 62 grain or 70 grain they are just the ticket for goats like these !

I'm using these Barns x on everything from varmits to deer through my match grade colt AR/15.

  • What state are you in and what part that has this many goats?

I need to make a trip out there!

  • @randomblunt thats fucked up man, youre just to dumb to relize it. why shoot goats and not eat them? why not shoot targets?

  • @ironlionkalo hahaha. ya asked a couple of questions....why don't you do ya research and try to answer them.

    ya'll caint evon spel mait!

  • @ironlionkalo

how do you know they didnt eat them?

  • @Prairie7777 im just guessing, i mean could you carry a goat up a mountaing and over rocks?

  • @randomblunt like u give a fuck about introduced and native species...i bet you drive an imported car and live in the u.s but preach conservation to us

  • what the heck is so interesting about shooting goats and watching them tumble and roll hundreds of feet, bouncing off rocks and trees, eh? Why do I have this in my 'Favorites' list??

  • were you shooting standing up, on a bipod? prone position? the .223 is just a killer as the .30-06 and bigger, placement is more important.

  • prone. off pack.

  • nice shooting

  • The meat should be nice and tender by the time it stops rolling.

  • LOL great comment :D

  • @BluetoothsR4Retards

    Thats funny!

  • wow i never thought that the small caliber could do that! how dead (if you get my meaning) were they? ie how quickly does the round kill?

    nice shooting btw!

  • I wanted a 22-250 but the .223 is quieter, cheaper, less recoil and doesn't wear out the barrell. ANy doubts I had a killing power are dispelled. It's good for 300 yards at that distance at 210 was PLENTY, why go 375 on a 22-250 for the extra expense. You sold me on the .223. GREAT SHOOTING!

  • Brilliant shooting so glad i bought a .223 :) What kind of ammo was that? reload or box ammo?

  • 55gr remington psp's, with 27gr of 2208. i only use reloads now, gonna try some 70gr berger vld's this weekend.

  • @randomblunt what twist you got on the rifle 1:8?

  • Do you use that same bullet on deer. I've been thinking about loading some 60+ Gr stuff for deer.

  • You couldn't go wrong with the 60gr nosler partitions. They've had some really good reviews.

but just about anything will work with the 223 with a 'correctly' placed shot.NOT VARMINT BULLETS.

  • i shoot a 223 myself, what projectile were you using?

  • remington 55gr psp's with 27gr of AR2208@3250fps. don't need anything special to drop goats, just not 'varmint' bullets, (the 55gr ballistic tips work real good though).

  • excellent shot.

  • must be a pain getting to them.

  • Keep rollin' rollin' rollin' rollin'. LOL

  • thats what i was gonna say

  • how many yards was that

  • first was 210yards(rangefinders are very usefull when you shoot across canyons where range can be very decptive).

  • that would suck if it didnt die at first when you shot it. It would die by falling down the hill.

  • cool killing insurgent goats

  • LOL nice!

  • nice shot!!!

  • 1st one got OWNED

  • nice shootin!
