He went back to England and Oxford for his second year with permission from the ROTC head colonel. He came home, asked the draft board to drop his ROTC deferment and reclassify him 1A. By the the draft lottery was starting and he ended up with a high enough number not to be drafted at all. And you know your history? LOL NAh, YOU are the MORON!
