i have the same thing like racing thoughta that i cant keep up with..not even long enought to write them down usually i talk alot and as another thought comes i start talking about that one and so on...i cry all the time for no reason randomly sometimes when i am having the best time of my life i just start crying and wanting to die and feeling like i dont deserve to live.i dont understand it that my mom doesnt believe me and i always have irritability my mom always complains about it too.thnk u
