How the fuck is forbidden ranked as ur lower bay thrash band theyr style is much more sophisticated than most bands theyr song writing is incredible plus twisted into form can definitely compete with the more harsh or brutal albums like slayers hell awaits or dark angels darkness or violence eternal nightmare defintely one of the best bay area thrash bands, for me it goes violence cus they were fuckin insane back then, then exodus because the bay scene wouldnt have existed w/o them, then forbid

I remember bying this record back in´88. This was the most powerfull thrash metal reckord at that time and made a great influence on me. And finelly I got to see them at Swedenrock festival 2009. One of the greatest band ever.

Yeah you're probably right. What happened during the 80's was bands like Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax, exodus, etc, were getting big and so lablels started signing bands like crazy. Some were good but a lot were not that good and people got real tired of thrash. That's why by 1990 the music was already turning into something else. But there are a lot of awsome bands.You should also check out Attomica, Dorsal Atlantica, and Evildead. Kick ass song btw

This song is great, has a smashing beginning, crunchy rhythm and fast/slow drum tempos ala Paul Bostaph. Again Russ is at his best vocals and Glen Alvelais plays inspiring lead guitar solos on this one.
