This is pretty good...One suggestion: Your tone is kinda "punkish" and doesnt really fit in with the acoustic guitar or the softness of the song. Ever hear of "singing from the diaphragm"? That should help a bit....or john mayor tone is something you should aim for.

No matter what, this is pretty incredible. You should be in a band if ya aint already :P
