The guy in white gi is a BJJ player. At the back of the gi it says lutador+(his surname).lutador means fighter in portuegese. Judokas,BJJ guys,Wrestlers are welcome in Sambo comps.
I was much more impressed with the fighter in white. I thought he was toying with the fighter in Red. Jarlo seemed so much more advanced that he could take risks the other fighter could not afford. Just my first impression.
if you're "toying" with your opponent then you're not a better "fighter". Jarlo was dropping some bombs, different rules i.e. kickboxing, would have favored him...

Lutador americano means american fighter. the gi is made by Mkimono. Its a great gi.

only difference i think is that sambo uses the gi, so its easier to do throws.
