Anyway, for a beginner collecter visiting such a event, does one need a budget of around 300? I mean do they also sell newer/more common (less pricy) tf's?

I use a Vivitar 530. Hard to get hold of now but the newer models are better.

I need the £300 for a plane and a room to stay in. So really just work out what YOU want to save and then work out a personal budget.

I am just putting the idea out there, use it how you will :D

You may have to take a few of those pounds to buy a bigger fridge. I dont think that you can fit 300 pounds in coins into that. Great idea though. But the best idea is that you are back getting a proper education. Luck of the irish to you.
