This one isn't as good as the one for Lebron. For one, the video shows too many highlights of Kobe to be Jordan telling him off. And more importantly, as overrated as many people think Kobe is, and even though he isn't better than Jordan was, he's still won championships, so he's proved himself to some extent.

When your team is coming off of TWO championships, you're a hell of a lot less likely to work as hard for the next championship. Jordan in 1987, on the other hand, had a LOT to prove and therefore had more determination to win a ring.

I like how for Kobe it's an evolution, and how he went from that team with Shaq where things were a little easy to having to work his way back up to the top of the mountain and then finally getting there. Kobe to me is probably the best of this generation, whether he is better than Jordan is all opinion but Jordan did come first, and they both didn't come out at the same time so who can say.
