Trying to install and about 30 seconds into the apple logo i get a grey box telling me I need to reboot.... Anyone know why or how to get around this?

Interesting. You didn't hit the overclock on the first boot. It's buried in certain revisions of the BIOS and Fn+F10 to turn it on. My Akoya'll happily do the full monty and running closer to 2GHz really makes OS X dance.

Just use Empire Efi tand MyHack installer to install Snow Leopard et Voila!!.

You don need patched ISOS

I don`t have the MSI Wind, but a Lenovo S10e which is pretty similar to the Wind (currently running 10.5.8 with everything working, except for Ethernet and Mic/Line In).
