Yeah. This game is okay. My only real gripes with the game are there's too much triangle jumping (it's where you're on a platform, then run off the edge and try to jump on the one directly above you) and that the bomb snails explode too fast.

This game's awesome. I have every Golden Puck except for #1 and #3 in the stage before the "boss rush". Also, I'm confused about the slots on the title screen, ESPECIALLY after I found that secret room with the giant fuzzy tv screen... @_@

Good ear, most of the early on sound effects are either Mega Man sounds, or sampled and edited from Mega Man 1 through 6. When I started the game, it wasn't really a huge project, so I didn't think original sound effects would be that important... in retrospect, I probably should have used original sound effects.

Its true, it does look good. It was fun. But it got hard. INsanly, repetive hard, in which sometimes i was tempted to pinch in my screen.  The game had a nice idea, and the fighting was cool, but it got ruined when all the levels secrets seemed to need bonesaw...

Yeah, I know. I didnt really have many resources for sound, and I really wanted to go for an NES style so.. why not just get some NES sound effects? ;p

I know you want to release it very soon, but what about that new freeware sound effects program I keep reading about on the indie dev blogs?

Also want to second the camera thing, and IMO the palette should be consistent between sprites and backgrounds (the backgrounds have way more colors as I'm sure you're aware).

Still, this looks amazing and I can't wait to play it!
