My dad, who was eight in 1961, says that he remembers the Eichmann trial very well and that it was the first time that he remembers the Holocaust being at the forefront of international news as he was obviously born years after the the end of the war and the Nuremberg Trials.
99 times out of 100, I'm against the death penalty but, other than a few more senior Nazis, I can think of no one who deserved execution more than him. One of the most vile examples of humanity to have ever lived.

The German lawyer also said it was a fair trial at the end. It was done in Israel because Israel was the country who captured him, and the crimes were done against millions of people who were family relatives of most Israelis.

It was 100% certain, from the begininng that it was nazi criminal Eichman. The trial was not to prove it was Eichman - he admitted it from the first day he was captured - but to proove that he was doing all the crimes that were done by him.. The end was good - he was hung, thank god.

I have been reading various comments and have always been fascinated by those who choose to deny the holocaust . Don't waste your time , it happened . The real question you should ask is to find out is WHY it happened . Find out why the jews have been kicked out of certain countries in Europe or been restricted from attaining certain jobs or why they were put in ghettos .The Romans even saw fit to destroy their temple and cause the dispora . The jews perpetuate this holocaust rubbish to gain sympathy from the ignorant & promote an agenda of jewish supremacy. Not a single concentration camp resident addressed a complaint with SS officers concerning "alleged" atrocities at the concentration camps. The "death" camps were routinely inspected by the International Red Cross & operated within the guidelines of the Geneva Convention. The zionist swine were provided with food, shelter, showers, clothing, & medical care.

the gaza war?it was reducing hamas's kassam and grad missile's which hamas was storing not for defenece purposes,but for launching them on random cities(by the way i live in one of those cities and during the war i had to go to shelter like 10 times , maybe if their wasn't a war i would have run to shelter somthing like hundrends of times) near the gaza strip ,on the israeli side of course , and by that holding the cities residents for ransom .and the hamas launched missiles even before the
