the third option is a referance to a movie (can't remember the name though) where a guy attempts to escape from prison by fasioning a "gun" out of soap and coloring it black with shoe polish...

he gets outside with his "gun" against a guards head but it unfortunately starts raining, the "gun" melts and the guard leads him straight back inside...
