hey man great cover. could u please tell me what exactly your doing for the part between 2:45 and 2:49?? ive been trying to figure it out based on your hands but cant seem to get it?
@keegz888 There are G#- and C-notes played simultaneously, and after those there are F#- and A#-notes played simultaneously, and then the final "chord" is G# and D#. In tabs they would look like that:
@huntergatherer11 Yeah, sure, only that I don´t know their real names : D But the most important thing is that there´s a capo on the 1st fret. So with this in mind, play chords A#, Am and G as you would normally play, but just one fret higher because of the capo. Those are the chords mostly used, there are some others, but I think you can try to figure them out yourself :)
@jpnarino Thank you! :) Umm well I think it´s always good to now a little about chord progressions and the notes on the neck. Aside from that, just rock on to the song and you will be playing it very good before you know it!
Ahh its all good, im probably just going to end up buying the tab book to deadwing since i have too little time these days to figure out songs by ear or correct mistakes in tabs.
but ya man keep at it. your playing is sounding good.

Wow, really nice job, man! Lightbulb Sun has always been my favorite Tree song, and you play it well.

Hyvin blokattu ja hyvin vedetty- itsekin pitänyt avata tämä ralli jo pari vuotta, eli ehkä pikku hiljaa sanoista tekoihin:)

Nice job ! The only thing I didn't like was your bending in the 2'28 riff. Learning this song myself :)

good job on the cover man.
you wouldnt happen to know where i can find a good tab for that song?
spitesuicide19 2 years ago
I'm sorry, I don't know :( Learned by ear. But what maybe helps is that the song is in G# with a capo on the first fret.

Love the Opeth T-shirt. I'm also a fan of both PT and Opeth. ;)
