  • @tvalley nah torque plates aren't new. That's normal for a performance shop. Great vid II.

  • so the block destorted simply by squeezing by hand?! enough for mic. to fall?

as a result that means that a supposedly strengthening component- fancy studs could cause seizures etc! insane but good to know; I bet if I said to only rebore my engine when loaded with such bracing etc I would be looked at like I was satan himself!

  • That's amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..... got bored

  • Why does the guy's shirt who is torquing the studs say randy's?

  • WOW!

  • CUMMINS POWER!!

  • WOW

  • I would never have guessed that the block would flex that much just with hand pressure!

  • @nate379

I was impressed just like that right now when my friend linked this vid for me!

  • Absolutely fantastic video! Thank you so much for illustrating this effect. I had no idea that cylinder blocks could distort so much and this gives me a whole new perspective on a number of important issues, especially how rebuilds have to be done correctly!
