It takes at least 10 frames per second for an average person to think that something is moving, otherwise it's just bunch of pictures. great drawings, but really hard to watch.
It's an ANIMATIC... storyboards set to time with the music and sound effects. It's not fully animated at this stage, obviously. So, next time you criticize, make sure you know what you're talking about. Thanks!
