  • stop whining ..start fighting

  • I dont even need to watch the video to say ues they lie

  • You call them gang members. What a idiot. Here is a suggestion, don't do things like speed, or drive in a stupid manner and they won't bother you.

  • "where the cop is caught in a lie about what information I'm required to provide."

Cops ARE allowed to lie to you and I think that you are only inviting trouble by doing what you're doing.

Plus, I'd suggest that you're attitude sucks especially when calling them, "gang members" and fighting back at the site.

Finally, you don't need to sign a ticket and you don't even need to be pulled over to get a ticket.

  • What if the cop asks you to roll your window down?

  • Everyone lies, not only cops! But cops have to stick by the law and also in their testimony.

  • a ticket is simply proof of a contract, and NO all contracts dont Need to be memorialized (signed) Read (google) UCC Statute of frauds... M.Y. L.E.G.S

  • Knowledge of writing and of terms: If the recipient of the ticket knew that there was writing on the ticket and also knew that the ticket contained terms, then the recipient is bound by the terms of the contract.

Reasonable person: If the recipient did not know of the existence of the terms, then the court will return to the general test of whether reasonable notice of the terms was given. Parker v. The South Eastern Railway Co (1877)

  • BY Simply being in possession of a ticket makes u obligated for all the terms on the ticket,

    NO SIGNATURE Required

  • Bottom line: QUESTION AUTHORITY. BTW... your state is messed up!! I've never even heard of signing anything other than the ACTUAL ticket! Weird. Also, your home phone????! WTF?

  • No, the police were not created to protect the rights of individuals. They are here to 1. Enforce established Codes, 2. Enforce created Statutes. The police are not an entity that are here to protect your Constitutional Rights, they are here to maintain order of the system.

  • @bamnibaum Thats correct, and the more people unsderstand that, the more they will be empowered to effect 'the system" in a way thats good for people and not just the system. Know that your rights ARENT BEING PROTECTED BY THE POLICE, and they arent going to be.. Do something about protecting your rights and the rights of others (becasue the rights of others are yours in the end)

  • @bamnibaum so does that give them reason or right to abuse innocent people?so beating my ass is to maintain order? what about taseing and making false reports is that also to maintain order?did murdering Kelly Thomas in Fullerton something to do with order?or did he violate a code and the response was to beat him to death.i think if you ask DARRELL ring in tn did he break a city code that caused tn cops to beat tase and jailed him for 5 months i guess that's why 5 cops were fired.

  • @bamnibaum You are wrong!! Every and any form of government legislative, execuitive and judicial are here to protect the rights of the individual. We pay them through taxpayers dollars. Cops have uniforms badges and weapons because we the people pay for all of it. Established codes, and created statutes are NOT part of the constitution which LEO(s) are sworn to uphold. Sorry but the "sieg heil" bullshoy is not in effect here. That was Germany under Adolpu Hitler!! This is still America!!

  • You sound like Eddie Haskell on the original Leave it to Beaver sitcom. He would act like a jerk until the adults walked in and then it was "yes sir, no sir." lol The actor that played Eddie became a Los Angeles police officer in real life. How ironic. By the way, that same officer that you are unsuccessfully trying to slander and imbarrass would risk and probably sacrifice his life to protect you from the real bad guys (GANG BANGERS and such) out there. Heres an idea-Grow up and stop speeding.

  • @TomWeiss0 its "embarrass' not "imbarrass"

  • Sir, sorry, you are being a jerk. You were speeding and this officer is doing his job. You had an attitude before the officer came up to your car. That tells me that you were probably upset because you were caught. Funny, when you are caught speeding then the cop is an idiot in your opinion. But, when you need that cop to catch the bad guy that assaulted you then they are your very smart best friends. You want private ownership of the public roads.lol Even private roads would have speed limits.

  • You might have gotten away with just a warning if you weren't such a smartass.

  • Privatizing the roads would multiply this problem by a thousand, but your handling of this scene is admirable. Good job!

  • you are actually under educated. You should give accurate information to the public. You are NOT even legally required to "offer" (which is what you would be doing if you),,,,give them your license or identification. Giving them id if they ask is OFFERING despite what they tell you.

  • Do cops lie? Duh! Does Rose Kennedy have a black dress?

  • lol, gang members, nice one, spot on m8

  • private roads ?ther are private armies in iraq.they do army things and kill 'privitized cops would do cop things and ignore your rights even more.corporations do not need to respect you, look at the federal reserve.

  • pigs

  • Cops put their lives on the line everyday for you people and all you do is pick out the bad things that they do. you call them gang members in this video more than once but they day you actually need the police you will be their best friend. Everyone here goes to work every day and sits behind their desk while these guys deal with everyones problem with the possibility of not returning home safely. Open your eyes.

  • you are a fucking dumbass

  • If there are any truly good people working in the court system, you are morally, and legally bound to report any, and all, corrupt government employees. We need some of the people working on the inside to join in the fight against the people in power who want to extinguish any, and all, rights granted by the Constitution.

  • Good work dude!

  • I love pawns standing up for these pirates(gang members) The next time your constitutional rights are violated, or you get your scull cracked by one of them, then it will be a priceless moment not to be forgotten. (Unless you get brain damaged)

By the way. Who should we call in the event of an emergency? That is what they are fucking paid to do. To serve and protect, but just as well, i open carry so no need for cops there, you fuck with someone open carrying and it's bye bye.

  • @mrnice2770 unless that person wants your gun. They will come from behind and it's "bye, bye'!

  • @weinmanjoe My gun, is the one you want, trust me on that. Not many people studied Goju Ryu in the USA that i know of, but regardless. The firearm is a deterrent, and a weapon incase you need to defend yourself against an enemy. If someone comes to me from behind grabbing my weapon? I will use deadly force!

  • if it werent for the police you'd be lunch for the real gang members !

  • @dikkydoo1 Fuck PIGS

  • great video, STAND UP FOR YOU RIGHTS!! for-real people.

  • Wow what a loser! Really dont have anything better to do but make youtube videos trying to show yourself pretending to be smart and know your rights lol. Nice job getting your info from the internet haha. You free staters are all alike, why dont you get some real education and realize that police are out there protecting you just like our military does. Go get a job and move out of ypur parents place already.... Or maybe that is just your horrible taste in decoration behind you hahaha!

  • @ma101ay "You free staters are all alike". That sounds as wise as "You Blacks" or "You Jews" or "You Christians" or "You Americans".

Don't be so hostile. This kid is just rebelling against a system that is unworthy of you, me, or my nephews. He can't strike out at the people responsible, so he strikes out at their employees... like the person who yells at the Walmart Employee for child labor abuses...

But that's no reason to be a bigot.

  • @ma101ay Cops serve and protect? Man, if you believe that I would love to sell you some prime ocean front property in lovely Iowa. I'll give you a helluva deal. I'm talking rock bottom prices. you can even take it home with you if you like.

  • Police officer psych tests are mainly designed to weed out free thinkers. The goal: A mindless, unquestioning instrument (pawn) of the userer. In general, a glaring success it seems. Ya know, it was 'legal' to murder jews in nazi Germany. "I was just doing my job" seems a weak excuse. Funny what a programmed mind will do .. especially when you give it a gun and permit ... Stanford prison experiment anyone ... Seems there is much to learn with what is "legal" and what is "lawful"....

  • @Independent0bserver Hmm not really, I've taken military psych tests and police psych tests, and they are mainly designed to weed out 'lack of' thinking :) in fact, of all the military and police personel I've met in my young life, not once have I met a person who would agree to any of the things you've written here. If I may throw out an opinion, I believe your mind has been heavily corrupted by media.

  • So if the officer would have said " no sir, its not required but it helps will filling out the citation." would he have been lieing than? YOu are basing this whole rant off of you asking if its required. You are a complainer and a knitpicker.

  • He seemed pretty nice and reasonable to me. He caught you going 20mph over the limit and stopped you. He asked for your phone number, but he didn't argue when you declined and he told you it was just a request. It doesn't seem like much of a lie. You're really reaching here to try to make a point, and it's not working. You got caught driving dangerously. He didn't try to trick you or do anything wrong. He simply gave you a ticket and let you be on your way. Wow, how corrupt!

  • Gang member? OMG. No wonder it's so easy to attack this country. Dont somke pot in your car or drink and drive and these is no way a cop can smell what is not there. I hope these assholes that take civil liberties to such an extreme are the 1st to be attacked by terrorists. Maybe the funding these people receive for their cameras, road trips and so on are being funded by terrorists to see what they can get away with. consider that

  • Comment removed

  • it would be cool to use the Jedi mind trick the next time you get pulled over. " I was not speeding", "you were not speeding", you will not give me a ticket" " I will not give you a ticket", " I can go about my business", " you can go about your business"

  • @GuneySCakmakli...

Detectives solve crimes. Pigs just eat doughnuts and issue tickets basically.

You know...harrassment with intent too generate revenue : )

Anytime you see a beat cop being called a hero you can bet there were a hundred times he was shitting on someones rights so he could get a bust.

Cops aren't defined by whether the person they arrest is actually guilty.

Only that they ticket or arrested someone...that's an inherently fucked up system to determine career advancement.

  • @GuneySCakmakli...

I'm not trying to put people in jail and issue fines you pig lover.

  • i personaly wouldnt have any problems giving out any personal info within reason,,dont do anything wrong and you dont end up in the situation to start with

  • wow....I bet he would the first to call for their help.

  • I hope you get kidnapped and have to swallow your pride and call the blue light gang members. Actually I hope you don't call them and they have their way with you

  • I don't see why refusing to give your home phone number benefits you in any way, it only makes things harder.

  • @izzygp327

"it only makes things harder". thats his point, they are unlawfully telling him to do something, why should it "make things harder" when he asserts his rights within the law? they are in the wrong.

  • You just try to give police a hard time when they really try to help the community. No system is perfect. In other countries they can put you in jail for no reason. You should appreciate your rights. Here, they need to have evidence for you to go to jail. The police are there to help you. Don't complain every time you get a ticket for you doing something wrong, then try to give the police a hard time.

  • i like it. Cops try that dumb shit all the time in My home state. I move around alot and i go from state to state. I keep a cam in my car so I can get them on tape. I will not turn it off for them at all.

  • For the dumb ass that said I was 14 pull your head out your ass. I'm not even close to 14. I have seen cop's buy pills and do them right out side my work. I even got one put in jail for trying to set me up. i will not stop putting pigs in there plase tell there all off the streets. I go around an tape cops all the time just so I can put them in the line of fire when there in the wrong.

    ...

  • Cops are gang members. They can lie still, cheat you and add on addtional charges to fuck you over.

  • Why would he refuse to have his person and vehicle searched? It's called the 4th amendment you guys....your logic implies guilty until proven innocent and the last time I checked it was the other way around.

  • You said your camera turned off. But you tell us things that happen then. Did you ever hear of hear-say. Thats why cop cars have video and a mic on them. I have been stopped three times in two months. One time I was going 72 mph in a 55 mph zone. I was nice to the cop and I told him he was right for stopping me. All three times I got a warning ticket. Oh by the way yes don't roll your window down all the way. A cop told me they like that. They can smell any odor comes out stronger.

  • What a prick! The driver I mean. I hope you were taken to court FOR SPEEDING. Why would you refuse to let a police officer look in your car or ask you to turn your pockets out unless you were involved in criminal activity? If you did that here in the UK you would be charged with obstruction and/or attempting to pervert the course of justice. It seems this driver is stopped a lot.

Don't break the law and you will not be stopped, that is YOUR choice. You must be known to Police anyway...

  • @urbex2007 I am an american and I do agree with you that the driver was somewhat of a prick..but keep in mind Americans are losing more rights by the minute since "911", The Patriot Act ...etc. I do not mean to be rude but as an American I am not going to let a cop search my car just because he wants to...are you serious...you would really roll over like a slave robot and just let hime search your car?.....Part of being an American is mistrust of athority....it is hard wired in our constitution

  • Is this some sort of joke, kinda like the onion.

  • how about not trying to justify you actions in the first place, you were speeding, you should have been pulled over. you did not have your proof of insurance....that again is breaking the law. so this entire situation could have been avoided, but you instead decided to be irresponsible by not following the laws, then make a video about being harrassed???

  • The cop didn't like GAY guys !

  • The officer in the video could have placed you under arrest for refusal to sign the citation. You have every right to to refuse to sign if you do not agree with what you are being cited for. However, in some states the officer could have detained you and placed you in jail until you were contacted by a magistrate, which by law can take up to 72 hours in some states. Luckily the officer was patient. Videos like this get people in trouble. Sign the citation and go to court to argue it.

  • gang members?

    1) you were going 63mph in a 45mph speed limit.

    2) all tickets have a box on the top where all the drivers information is supposed to go that says "phone number".

    3) your camera did not go off because you "shifted in your seat".

so if you want to upload a video that proofs you weren't speeding, you should've asked the cop to see the radar and had the full video.

fuck off asshole. get your facts right.

  • i love when he calls them gang members... i bet when u told the cop i dont have to give u my number hes like " aw damn i got someone that knows his shit"...........and that cop talks fast as fuk

  • Cops lie all the time. They will lie to get you to confes to something you didnt even do.

  • wtf dude you need to get a life cops are out there to protect you and you were speeding so get over it i would have done more than that. stop being an as hole and let them do thier job and u stop speeding and learn to have your shit together that should e in tne car

  • Calm your dick he's doing his job! You have nothing better to do than purposely speed and get pulled over and bitch to a cop. If I where him I would have thrown your ass in handcuffs. And WTF? A gang?

  • @cptzach1996 sounds like a cop answer to me....

  • @cptzach1996 Couldn't agree more. How bout not speeding?? And then guess what, you don't get pulled over.

  • fucking pigs with gun...pigs.. like to cover up and lies..because they pigs.fucking pigsssss

  • Comment removed

  • The signature garuntees that you will show up in court, it also protects you from the motherfucker sending you a ticket in the mail and making up a story. You do have to show them an insurance card and have insurance, it's a very serious violation not to have insurance. However, you do not have to give them phone numbers. If it makes you feel any better yeah they are a fucking gang with guns.

  • If the cops can stop treating the roads like their personal racetracks, and then acting like they've just solved the Lindbergh kidnapping at a traffic stop, then maybe they wouldn't get nearly as much grief. Who's worse -- a lawbreaker, or a law enforcer who breaks the laws he's supposed to uphold and enforce? If someone is to enforce the law, shouldn't they first do so by example? You'd be very surprised the crap cops get away with when they stop you. Intimidation's just the beginning.

  • Cops would lie about their shoe size.

  • JPD has a point. Why were you speeding? Why invite them to cause trouble for you? Have you considered that they only treat people like YOU this way because you're wasting their time? I think the real problem is we have too many people driving on the road like lunatics YOU.

  • All this aside. How often do you get pulled over? I've seen a bit of these videos out there where people give advice on how to handle these situations. And one thing I have noticed is, they seem to get stopped by the police alot. They seem to be magnets for police attention. Why? Are you 'inviting" them to pull you over? Some type of action that draws their attention? Help me to understand here.

  • your an asshole. hes just trying to do his job really u can tgive him your number? blue gang member? pulled u out at gunpoint? ur an idiot

  • this guys awsome, im so glad that more people are standing up to these outlaws

  • if you wanna see the better version of this guy, check out "ron paul 4409" he's all over youtube.

  • He was finished with you, and you decided to turn it into an interrogation by you. You should have accepted the ticket, and went on your way. Upto that point, the officer was completely civil with you. You are an ANTAGONIST. PLEASE STAY AT HOME. WE DO NOT NEED PEOPLE LIKE YOU STARTING SHIT. By being an asshole, you've made a target of yourself. Good luck with that.

  • i'm also interested in how you could possibly think how you getting pulled over is "armed robbery"? interesting. Oh and by the way, cops don't lean into your car, it's a safety hazzard. if a cop does that to you he/she needs to go back to whatever school they went to.

  • whoa hold on a minute. with all due respect sir, your wrong.

Corpus delicti (plural: corpora delicti) (Latin: "body of crime") is a term from Western jurisprudence which refers to the principle that it must be proven that a crime has occurred before a person can be convicted of committing the crime. For example, a person cannot be tried for larceny unless it can be proven that property has been stolen.

  • @zachmaster2000 now i copied that and i'll copy/paste this part too.

    Specific Offenses

General - All corpus delicti requires at a minimum: 1) The occurrence of the specific injury; and 2) some criminal agency as the source of the injury. For example:

Homicide - 1.) An individual has died; and 2.) By a criminal act.

Larceny - 1.) Property missing; and 2.) Because it was stolen

you need to get your facts straight before someone follows your advise and ends up in jail for something stupid.

  • you do realize there's a difference between state and federal laws right? hmm well it sure was an inlightening video i'll say that much. I don't agree with some of your personal terms like "blue light gang" but whatever right... anywho mister law guy, you may wanna study abit more into state laws too, may make your videos better. keep in mind that laws differ state to state. Good luck :)

  • fbi, police, sheriffs, democrats, republicants, dea....theyre all a type of gang dumabss. this country was built on gangs.

  • @robinhoodtn1 Lol alright dude. Dont know where you are getting the who gay thing from becuase I have a girlfiend that I am commited to. So I guess you are just getting mad that you know you cant win this argument? I really dont know. Maybe you should just shut off your computer and walk away because you already know you are wrong and dont have a point. End of story.

  • @robinhoodtn1 Haha dude obviously you are immature and have no valid point. Thats why you get all butt hurt when someone else makes a point your little mind cant counter. You get all mad and upset and try to start insulting people based only on the fact that you really are just a 13 year old kid trying to be bad on youtube. Now BUD (since we are friendly now apparently ) quit trolling because you fail at it.

  • @robinhoodtn1 For every one cop that does a single bad thing they make thousands of arrests that bring those who commit those crimes on a daily basis to jail. And really you are just a kid emo raging. Probably due to a speeding ticket like this idiot above. Your points are invalid and without cops you wouldn't be alive today. there would be no one stopping anyone from just stabbing you for so much as looking at them. Grow up and move out of your mom's basement bud.

  • @robinhoodtn1 first off learn to spell before trying to post. Not to mention you have no valid point so I honestly don't know why you even tried posting. However since you did I will try to reply to your idiot remarks. First off some people deserve to be hung. Its against the law but really what some people do to others does not give them the right to die by injection. Hang the mother fuckers. Also police are the one's arresting those who commit every crime you listed above.

  • I DO NOT HAVE TO RESPECT A PIECE OF SHIT, MOST POLICEMEN ARE A PIECE OF SHIT.. MY WIFE AND I WAS TAKEN FROM OUR MOTOR HOME IN JOLIET, ILLINOIS KNOCK US TO THE GROUND AND BEATEN BY 4 POLICEMEN ABOUT 15 OTHER PLOICEMEN STOOD AROUND AND DID NOT HELP US. AT ALL. BLEEDING ALL OVER WE ARE 66 & 67 Y.O.It's obvious that the police are the common enemy of the people POLICE ARE ARMED AND RETARDED THEY WILL HURT YOU ONLY THING ON MY RECORD IS A SPEEDING TICKET IN 1992, THEY ONLY PROTECT THE RICH POWERFUL

  • im curiouse....what was the outcome of the court?....i would like to know what the court said about the cop lying to you.

  • Corpus delicti: the officer observing your vehicle exceeding the speed limit is the injury, the speed radar's reading is the body of evidence. By the way, a fantastically polite and professional officer.

  • Cops stole my money several grand and my wedding ring, then they moved my car to a different jurisdiction and said they pulled me over there. I have an ambulance report saying i was in one town and a police report saying i was in another. im having a hard time trying to find a lawyer to take the case because everyone is in bed together in this corrupt county. Bucks county pa dublin police have no problem lying under oath and commiting larceny and grand theft auto. whos the criminal here

  • @killyouno5 You can make all the personal attacks you like, it shows the weakness of your position. How are the different than a gang? Without their costume, could the do the same thing anywhere else in the world and not be criminals? Attacking people for plants, consensual activities, kidnapping, and caging people when nobody has been harmed?

Their gang symbol is the thin blue line, and they call themselves "the Brotherhood" Protect their own at all costs, Us vs. Them.

  • @obscuredtruth Its called plain clothed cops dumb ass. And yes they can. Its called a citizen arrest. Any person can arrest another person for any illegal activity. And its not a costume its a uniform. They are the people who keep everyone safe from those kidnappers, druggies, and those who have done harm. If they did nothing wrong then the courts will make sure that they don't go to jail. Police make arrests based on information on the scene.

  • @obscuredtruth You are just arrogant and try to give police a bad name based only on the fact that you break the law and complain when you are punished. You are acting like a 5 year old who gets put into timeout for sneaking a cookie before dinner. Quit crying follow the law and shut the fuck up.

  • @obscuredtruth this may help with the people throwing a tantrum about you using the phrase "gang members".....

    "gang member" by definition

"A gang is a group of three or more people who, through the organization, formation, and establishment of an assemblage, share a common identity"

so yes..your right...they are "gang members" this was an actual definition from the dictionary...throw it in the discription.....

  • @killyouno5 My father was a police officer for the Corpus Christi P.D. in TX. He gave me a shirt once that said "We are the biggest street gang in Corpus Christi. WE ARE THE POLICE" I kid you not.

But i dont think that meant they were like the bloods or crips or anything.

  • @chancey1979 Well ya obviously lol. But no legitimate police office would even say anything like that. Its like calling our government a gang.

  • @killyouno5 police already have a bad name FUCK the police

  • @punkforlife20 Ya a few people get a speeding ticket and get pissed off. They then say fuck the police yet they dont want to risk their lives on a daily basis. Honestly fuck you and grow a pair

  • @killyouno5 i'm not talking about fucking speeding tickets and shit nobody likes the police except for people who cant defend themselves and shit

  • @punkforlife20 I like the cops and I am fully capable of defending myself. I have taken self defence classes and shooting classes. I am fit and I have no issues with the cops. People like you who dont respect them obviously dont know what they do daily. They save people and help those who may not be able to protect themselves yes, however they even help those who do not respect them or who absolutly hate them.

  • @killyouno5 I agree with your comments, why would it get so many negative votes when all the people posting comments here agree with you. It must be down to the poster with all his other accounts !!!

He is an idiot for speeding. Why wouldn't he allow police to look in his car? He must be involved in some criminal activity or must be known to police as that would explain his hatred for them. He does come across as a first rate prick! He needs to get a life and grow up a bit, he's immature.

  • @Steele You are a jack ass. Cops are a gang and they Do think there never going to be put in jail for what they do. I have seen a cop buy perks and do them all well working. If i ever see a cop beating on some one I will hurt the cop and will see to it he never walks agen.

  • @johnsteele1985 Haha buy perks? And ya good luck bud. Im fairly sure you are a 14 year old kid sitting on a computer mommy and daddy got ya. What did you get into trouble for shop lifting so now you have a personal vendetta against cops? Grow up a bit buddy. Also incase you didnt know a vendetta is when someone has a personal hatred from a single person or a group of people. Just thought I would let your 14 year old self know that.

  • @killyouno5...

    You're a pig......I guaranteeeeeeeee it !

  • @5150jafo Um no I'm not a cop. However I do plan on finishing school with a major in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice to be a cop.

  • @killyouno5...

    That's just wonderful.

  • @5150jafo Oh it is! I cant wait to pull douche bags over just to ruin their wonderful day!

  • @killyouno5...

    I know.

I'm sure you wouldn't limit yourself to douchebags though.

Hopefully your psychological profile results in you becoming harmless security guard.

  • @5150jafo...

No it wont. And just to inform you, to become a cop they suggest you dont have a major in criminal justice. Something more universal so that incase you change careers you still have a major that will help you. Just a bit of FYI for ya.

  • @killyouno5....

Maybe, remember you're not a real pig yet !

Why do you even want to be cop..seriously ?

  • @5150jafo Never said I was a cop yet...

And It's something I have wanted to do even before I really knew what they were. I was stuck on being a cop or a firefighter since I was really little and finally decided on a cop around the age of 4 or 5. Just in my blood I guess. Even without any family being cops.

  • @killyouno5 I have been reading your posts, if you get off on " ruining someones day, and making others feel unimportant , then God help us the day you put on a badge. and the truly sad thing is that there are many others who think like you...........and this is why they are attracted to law enforcement. police have way too much power, and need to be kept under constant scrutiny by civilian authorities.

  • @stevo642007 Haha honestly dude that was a joke. I wouldnt want to pull anyone over unless they were doing 20+ on the road over the posted speed limit. That just because even I speed and I feel that you cant pull someone over for stuff you do yourself. 20 over is just a little to much. I do not agree with the fact that cops have to much power though. In order to keep people safe they do need to be able to step outside of the law every now and then in order to help save lives.

  • @killyouno5 Cops have way too much power. they have the power to take your freedom for just about any reason. if cop wants to put you in jail, He/she can find a reason to make that happen, even if its just for a shot time. Cops have to power to totally ruin your life, if it suits them, with made up charges. they can bankrupt you. take your car, your property. they can even storm into your house, and take you away. And lastly. cops have the power to administer capital punishment.

  • @stevo642007 Lol half the stuff you listed they need warrants for and that doesnt even go through them. That is made by a judge. and ya if you are doing something wrong then they can arrest you and what not. They cant just take your car or property. They need probable cause and most of the time they need warrants for that to. If your doing something illegal then you need to know you can be punished. Now quit bitching because of some speeding ticket you got a while back. Accept responsability

  • @killyouno5 youtube is full of video of cops misusing their power, and violating people rights. the videos speak for themselves. I wholeheartedly agree with Sam, police are more like gangs, and revenue collectors. check out the video of the Utah cop tasering a man for not signing a ticket, or the Columbia swat charging into a house firing their guns, with children present over pipe residue. and many more disgusting, incidents. you keep right on defending these thugs.

  • @stevo642007 Every video on youtube is taken from a entire video and cut down to only show the bad. You dont know the before or after of the story. The cops in utah may have been given wrong information or the guy inside could have stated he has a gun and was going to open fire. Cops dont even see a share in the revinue taken from tickets so why would they care about the tickets? Quit judging those who you dont know and dont understand what they go through on a daily basis

  • @killyouno5 there are several hundred vidoes of out of control cops, and many of them show the entire incident with testimony. so dont give me that " you dont know the whole story " crap. Videos dont lie, Cops DO!!! They lie in court, and on reports. You are just taking up for these thugs because you wanna be one. Good luck with your dream of being a cop. judging from your previous statements of wanting to ruin peoples days, Im quite sure you will be a shining example of law enforcement.

  • @stevo642007 Are you following them from the briefing room in the truck to the guys house? No. Are you listening on the radio about how someone has already assualted a police officer before? No. You dont know the whole story and never will. You say there are hundreds of videos of cops out of control but you dont mention all the videos of cops saving lives? Cops risk their lives daily and you never see that. Why? Because its expected. Grow a pair and realize your wrong in this argument

  • So, you were speeding, you didn't pull over as soon as was safe, you stopped under a bridge (which was not safe) and you think he was wrong for giving you a ticket. It doesn't matter if it was a clear day and the roads were dry, you were doing almost 20MPH over the limit. You think at this point he's supposed to know that you're an OK guy and your not looking for the perfect spot to shoot him (i.e. under the bridge). He was quite polite. As far as I can tell you deserved it.

  • Learned never to sign anything and if forced to sign just write “refusal for cause without prejudice” It’s your pen touching the paper they want, not your signature, could make mark such as an “X” that’s binding, in sealing your fate. Had problem with car & warranty work performed, dealer rip-off artist & billed me. Paid with no option at moment, need car. Signed receipt & credit card transaction writing “Under Protest” without making threat, dealer pissed off and manufacturer later reimbursed.

  • I laughed so much when i read the title.

OF COURSE COPS LIE! ALL DAY, EVERYDAY, TO THE PUBLIC, IN COURT, TO OTHER COPS, TO LITTLE OLD LADIES, COPS ARE LIARS!!!

  • way to protect your right of keeping your telephone number of that ticket, worked out well for you. Do you know who killed JFK?

  • I took your advice. I was falsely arrested for a DUI.

  • Great video I liked it for the most part. I would like to give a bit of video insight on equipment it’s the “AEE MD91” most times officers will not see the cam. As well you mite want to look in to your cell phone in to “live streaming” of video & audio. Most cops will delete records if they need to nothing you can do about it after words your word against theirs.

  • @Harleywalden I agree, this video was made a couple of years ago. Now I used Qik on my smart phone. Check out the Detroit TSA Security Theater series.

  • I wish the cops I've been stopped by were this polite. Sounded like a decent guy.

  • hahahaha 63 in a 45.. a little bit of respect to the officer would have gone a long way.. i sure hope you feel empowered with your knowledge on how to piss off a cop. enjoy your tickets dumbass

  • cops arn't gang members

  • Good video!

  • Very well played. Police tend to violate cilvil rights, and break the law do to their ignorance. Ever hear an officer say, ignorance of the law is no excuse? Even those officers that know the law tend to break those laws in order to charge people unsuspectingly with a crime that they see fit enforce. Witch is worse? A citizen committing a misdemeanor or a police officer violating a persons civil rights. Shame on the police.

  • your referring to a police officer as a gang member. he pulled you over for speeding. im sure he was on a detailed assignment . A SPEED TRAP where they give tickets to people speeding. WHICH EVERYONE KNOWS THIS. go do something with your self fucking dork

  • @oscarthepressman What's sad is that CHP's spend their whole day hiding in the shadows of on ramps and in the bushes pointing RADAR GUNs at cars while we enjoy life out of the fictional wold. Cops don't even KNOW that they are being used as tools for the NWO. I really feel sorry for them but I do think they realize it's a really crummy job :-( If it was NOBLE, why would they have to hide behind bushes like burglars?

  • I was going 82 in a 65 on I95 in GA. I get caught. I IMMEDIATELY pulled over. He then stopped on MY RIGHT. He asked me a couple questions. Then said, ok, help us out here and keep it under 10 over. He told me there was a state cop who would not be so nice up ahead. There was. He THANKED me for pulling over so fats and left. NO TICKET. I bet you were speeding you got a fine and you got points. I will continue to be respectful you continue to be an asshole and I bet I win everytime. Brains.

  • @592220 Oh, so we have the courtesy police, they are actually going around ticketing people for not being courteous. My mistake. . .

  • @obscuredtruth NO we have mutual respect. A word it appears you don't know the definition. But of course, in your employment, whatever THAT may be, you treat everyone the same no matter how you are treated. Do you lie? DON'T TASE ME BRO! (Sound familiar?) BWAHAHAHAHAHA

  • @592220 How is it mutual respect to initiate contact with a peaceful person who hasn't harmed anyone by threatening violence? (i.e. Pull over or I'll. . . )

  • @obscuredtruth You broke the law by speeding. If you do so and cause an accident by hitting and killing an innocent person then you are charged with vehicular manslaughter, jail time, civil suit. You never denied the charge or post your trial judgment. Are the laws for others and not you? If it were reversed and you got hit by somebody exceeding the speed limit you would be the first to call the police, the first to sue and the first to claim damages. Your position is weak and you know it.

  • Check out Marc Stevens he will explain this in more details!

  • yes they lie, and they lie on my word against your word, although this is a totaly different thing on the video above, I wasnt even that good he got him also i got my cop too but then the cop saw the camera and changed my ticket to the real 61mph speed there. As he was tyring to now explain why he was screaming and yelling and being fucking nasty to us.

  • one world order

  • its just a scam so the bar association to get your money. the thugs are protectiing and serving members of the bar association. if you look on the license plates in the courthouse parking lot. you will see special stickers on some of the vehicles. This is an indication of the law being selectively being enforced.

  • Police officers put their LIVES on the line for complete strangers, and yet they have been hated for the later part of these recent years, due to them now being used to collect revenue for unscrupulious and greedy individuals -Lets start by seperating ticket enforcers, and police people -They should be loved and highly respected again -Then we can put into place, a yearly Service People Appreciation Day.

    (~?~)

  • Wouldnt suggest the practice of sovereignty- Do MAJOR research, critical thinking and attaining some common sense - System is backwards indeed, however, we need to present solutions to these problems, not add to them by bringing about anger-

  • The US is a police state. i travel all over the world and the police in the US are the most aggresive single group I have ever been ruled by. US police are a large group of overly aggressive........oh well not going to complain....just going to retire outside the US......Here I come Brazil

  • YOU ARE FANTASTIC!!!!!!

  • 45 speed limit and he clocked you at 63 ? yeah you deserve a citation, you are trying to push your luck ,

  • Its not a crime. Its a citation. You selectively apply rules to your advantage. We've had private roads in the past, they led to fueds in the west. What would be the rules of the private roads? No speeding or you pay a $10,000 fine? Subject to no court ruling? I bet you would like government then.

  • Seems pretty absurd to suggest that a company doing business that way in a true free market would last very long.

They would have a horrible reputation, as nobody would want to be treated this way, and competition would provide alternatives.

Have you heard of the market for liberty? It's a free audio book, that would address the issues you bring up.

  • @obscuredtruth Society is comprised of people. We, collectively, make rules and you broke one. It seems pretty selfish of you to think you were driving at a safe speed when the rest of society disagrees. Speed limits can be applied for a variety of reasons: decreasing noise in residential areas, transition speeds to gradually reduce before a town, construction work, and the specific engineered tolerance of the grade and pavement. YOU don't get to make that decision for the rest of us.

  • @thefreedommovement Then excuse yourself from my country. Go see how far not being a citizen of the U.S. gets you. What's the option? 300 million differant countries? The punishment for this infraction is a fine. This is not new. Paying taxes is necessary. You paid taxes to ensure the internet you are communicating on is maintained, and someone defended the country you live in. You're simple, so things seem simple. The world is anything but..

  • @daubertrules that was sam using my account to reply to you. my name is meg. i have deleted sam's comments from this page, cause i don't wish to have his e-fighting replies filling up my email inbox. you may reply to him by addressing the creator of the video (sam). thanks.

  • @daubertrules I drove through the east/west toll roads in Kansas 3 times last year. There are other routes you can take, but most people probably just pay the small toll charge and drive through. They are equivalent if not better to regular roads. If they were total crap, they wouldn't make much money.

  • @packrat76 I bet those roads are patroled by State Police and under their jurisdiction as a Public Place. What you experienced is not truly the "private road" I was suggesting.

  • By all means, exercise your rights, ask questions, dont give up any info you dont need to, I think its pretty simple

  • @cassidy99ful - Yes I agree, what you give out is what you get back. What are you giving out with this post?

  • @cassidy99ful

People who struggle with, or cannot hold, an intelligent conversation come with an agenda. They want to thrust their ideas onto others, get their point across, and will resort to personal attacks if necessary. They come with a win/lose mentality and are not interested in learning and discovering. His or her idea is the only one that matters, and anyone who doesn't agree is a threat.

    Sound like someone you know?

  • @cassidy99ful

I'm a 50 year old white male with a shiny truck that's less than a year old. And yet, a police officer stopped to chat me up as I was stopped in the DIY car wash (in the rain) next to a liquor store which had been robbed the night before. I was there to smoke a cig outside the vehicle. With no legitimate reason, he asked me for my ID, "... so I can show my boss I was talking to people." I showed it to him, but only so I could tell him that I patrol the area at night.

  • @cassidy99ful You've missed the point. Police have a professional job to do. You don't owe them any "common courtesy". And by rolling over and being complacent you could find yourself locked in a cage for "crimes" that other people might have just gotten a ticket for. Or find yourself on probation where you could be taking a trip to jail for walking your dog. (It's happened to me) And WTF does this guys fighting ability in high school have to do with anything? Good job. You lose.
