I would recommend all of the ones I have, plus janspeed exhaust manifold and sports cat, that has to be just amazing!

I have a new project for my MG ZR which will be a engine conversation to a Rover 220 Coupe Turbo. If I am completely honest I wouldn't really waste time trying to modify a standard K-series as there is only so much that you can do with it.

Fantastic little engine though underrated in opinion.

Mate you talk out your arse. Super chipped what do you mean by that. To get 258hp you would have to use thorttle bodies. A standard vvc inlet is only good for 190hp why do you lie?

Modifications: 258.2 BHP 0-60 6.0 sec 142 MPH

all them mods and so little power, my 1.8 zs can do 0-60 in 6.2, and tops out at 140, the only mod iv got is a air-filter, disapointed,
