Except that the bill, according to what was said above, was to require the revelation of funding (which is not an abridgement, only an accounting). The only agencies which would be limited in their active funding of ads are foreign corporations, whose monies can be limited through the application of tariffs, and who are not specifically covered by the Bill of Rights to begin with.

When a person is defamed and wants to prove maliscious intent, just for example, as an element of defamation for defamation tort,concerning a politiician, must prove malicious intent to sue,how can they initiate a suit when they do not know who the party responsible is? The only agencies which would be limited in their active funding of ads are foreign corporations, whose monies can be limited through the application of tariffs, and who are not specifically covered by the Bill of Rights to begin with.

If they did, we would have heard about it by now! Economists are saying that President Obama is doing the right thing, but it will take a couple of years for his policies to work! For now, it seems a bitter pill to swallow, but in the long run, it will save America billions of dollars!!!!
