It does. It says it: Zeno Clash contains Garry's Mod, having huge rich world containing 70 models characters and creatures.

You cant get the models in garry´s mod official (official=garry newman published it)

zeno clash has awsome gameplay and is really fun to play with like all the very special wapons and punches cus its kinda rare i mean how many 1 player fighting game is there exept dark messiah (awsome game by the way)

the whole game itself is pretty weird. it takes place in a very strange, psychedelic/dreamlike world. it's kind of hard to explain really, but it's actually kinda fascinating.
