Hey man, I'm just wondering, do I need certain kinds of shoes for this? I can do em with my socks on, but my shoes (simple running shoes) get all stuck. I dunno if it's the friction or what. But are there shoes that make stuff like this easier?

it's the friction, just lightly slide if you don't have other shoes that has low friction or the grips just worn off like sperries

holy shit man, when i dance its just simply raising the right arm pointing the right hand in a fist up and down towards the sky and moving the head/kneck in a up and down motion,, most commonly known as moshing.

Trying to do the moonwalk for a while now, i got the timing in stuff right, but how do you get your heels up so high and keep em there? like the first one looks alright but cant manage to press all my weight down on the toes like that, anyone got any tips?

This video is kinda old, but if you didn't know, calling the backslide the moonwalk is wrong cause there is already another move called the moonwalk. MJ knew this, but he called the backslide the moonwalk because it sounded more marketable then backslide.
