It was a neighborhood thing. The car had two Surenos in it. They drove through a massive crowd of people in the rival gang Norteno's neighborhood in hopes of taking out a few. bad idea. Driver was pulled out of the car and beaten by about 10 people, car was destroyed, and the passeger of the car was hit with bottles, rocks an random feet an fists while in the car.
