Going down in sizes and buying new clothes is something I'm looking forward to but I'm also not going like having to spend money on items I may not be able to wear in a few months or weeks if I'm lucky lol! Either way losing inches is just as exciting as losing lbs so congrats to you on both. See u next week!
Thanks SKye!! I was feeling a bit discouraged at first because i wasnt losing as much as i did in week 1, but now that im losing inches, i can actually NOTICE the loss. So now I can see that im making progress. Did you get a surgery date yet??
Awesome weight loss 35 lbs congrats! My surgery was Feb 26. I have lost 52 lbs and can wear siz 10/12 misses. I'm 20 lbs from goal loving this Journey. Again congrats !
I was worried about cooking for the fam also!!!! i told my husband i would cook, him and my son could eat and make sure they put dinner away and ill go walk while they eat. lol. im on 3 weeks of liquid, 2 before and 1 after surgery. its gunna be horrible!!!
You'll do just fine! And as you see the pounds coming off, you'll get even more motivated to stick with it. I just had to remind myself that this (liquid Diet) was the hard part, but i needed to get thru it, in order to be on my way to a slimmer, healthier Me!!
yeah, i know what u mean, i hate going up and down. I gained weight, i drank and ate just about everthing. I went on my second fill and still don't feel restriction, hopefully i will on my 3rd feel. congrats on da 35 pound weight loss, thats huge i've only lost 25.
you look great. I am 19 yrs old and i am considering this surgery. Do you regret anything from this surgery.
