Dog fighting is the same concept as human murder to me. People these days have no respect for life, other humans or animals. Dog fighting should have the same penalty as murder in the courts.

Thank you for posting this. This is the sad reality of dog fighting. The best part of this video is the part that shows all of the former fighting/bait dogs that have been rehabilitated and are in loving, caring homes. I thank all of the people that help these dogs. They deserve a second chance. Please REPORT DOG FIGHTING! We can work together to stop this abuse!

I couldn't see it the first time for the tears in my eyes. How anyone can do this to my beloved breed is beyond comprehension. It broke my heart to see those poor babies fighting for their lives. I'm glad to see Sen. Byrd agrees with those of us who love & care deeply for these dogs. Hopefully he will lead the way against BSL & for stricter penalties for the people who fight these wonderful dogs. I need to hug my pitties now, excuse me.

I tried to sit here and watch this while my children laid on my bed with our pitbull. I could not see it from the tears pouring out my eyes. It just really sickens me too think that there are monsters out there that can do that to such beautiful and loving dogs. Again another awesome video, I was crying by the end of it. I will graduate school in another 10 months, and my goal is to set up a pitbull, rottie rescue, I just cannot stand the way this dogs are treated and misrepresented.

It is a truly telling testiment that thosewho partake in dogfighting are so insecure and weak that they must force animals to do thier fighting for them. REAL men (and women) would, themselves step into the ring and fight each other, instead of getting their thrills at the expense and pain of an animal so trusting and compliant as the APBT. But these people are true cowards with no balls, so they must depend on the dogs to supply their bravado.

If you ever showed the loyalty that a dog shows for you to it, those words would sicken you. I for one would not be here today if it were not for my Rottweiler. He never was nor ever will be considered a pet. He is FAMILY! I'd give up everything to have him be around forever.
