I know of what u speak because I was also a vegetarian at one point in my life, and I did lack iron and protein i would suggest having sea moss on a regular basis, sea moss has 92 minerals in it that provide iron, iodine, zinc and magnesium other vital nutrients and minerals to the body, it increases energy and stops cravings for carbs and sweets and it nourishes the cells of the body,give it a try it is so potent and it is a healing agent for the body for it alkalines the body peace.
I was vegetarian for 5 years and it ended up in emergency room with severe malnutrition.Juices are ok but u need meat in this dimension unless u wanna prematurely go the next...? Remember that fruits and vegetables are living things too and they have feelings so u wont get rid of guilt by eating veggies.
man and woman are complimentary we should not be in opposition of each other or have any interest in oppressing one another.maybe she just has a quiet nature or maybe he's overtalking her I really don't know, but it would have been nice to hear her input.And no as a sister I do not like to see loud women effeminizing their men its just as obnoxious as when the roles are reversed.
... Saying that, I was a bit surprised Isis was silent throughout at least THIS portion of the video.Maybe she's a more active role in the rest.But again, I reiterate we've become so accustomed to a bitched-out blackman, that we hate to see one with assertion and confidence.That's what I was addressing.
Blessed mi bretheren! It is nice to see young caribbean people eating righteously.
I'm in London, and my father used to tell me stories of drinking mango soups as a boy in 40s St Lucia, wild nuts, crushed, seasoned with nutmeg n cinnamon decorating his cornmeal porridge. Man, there were recipes there we took from Africa, such spiced Gari, Cou-cou...Keep up the true heritage!
Give thanks for the insightful, wonderful video. I hope you do more and maybe go into more about the foods that are alkaline ...names and so forth...blessed love.

@Soulblackman No she wouldnt have.
she would have been lauding and applauding her on.
Remember there's only room for ONE in the realm of the "strong" and "independent" black woman.
