There is no policy that force Han migrate to there. and there is no killing of Tibetan people happening now. I have been there for a month in 2004, all i have seen were friendly and wonderful people who considered them as Chinese Tibetan. Why ruin 7 million Tibetan people's life in China because of the 0.05 million Tibetan refugees who are manipulated by politicians? If everyone in Tibet hates Hans, those 5% hans in Tibet region will never survive.

The Tibetan population is around 92% in Tibet now, and the figure has been all above 90% after 1950'. If you dont belive that, go there and account yourself. Tibetan people receive free 9 year education, 80% free medical service and can have more than one kids, all of which are better than Han chinese people in the rest of China (from a documentary called 'a year in Tibet' made by BBC).

That '17 point agreement' kindly offered Dalai Lama and other monks, nobles a life long guaranteed pension scheme paid by Chinese government for the exchage of them giving their land to all the slaves, who are 95% of Tibet population and all illiterate.
