Scuse me, didn't mean to do that, I can only find one fault with the vid, and have no wish to get involved, the reason Hicks hated Leno was according to his biography was, that Leno (perhaps not actually him, but his corporate execs) pulled some pro-abortion stuff he did, because the sponsors wouldn't like it. Hicks wasn't 'laugh out loud' funny but he had brilliant ideas and was absolutely fearless. Even though his routine is amusing, I admire him for his willingness to say whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted, about whatever he wanted. Nothing was off limits. Smoking is considered a risk factor for everything and it is automatically put at the top of the list for anything that the "experts" can't find a cause for. What I said was that for a man that had smoked only NINE years it was UNLIKELY. My aunt never smoked a day in her life and died of pancreatic cancer at the age of 34...no idea what caused or contributed to it.

I dislike Letterman for a simpler reason: He ain't funny. He's just a charismatic horse's ass and he's really rude to his guests for no reason. For example, Richard Simmons came on the show trying to build support for his charity and Dave wouldn't let him talk, he just kept interrupting him to make fun of his striped shorts.
