JESUS CHRIST! Im black and i love japanese culture, I even kno some of the language, but im afraid of sticking out to much. I have a lot of asian, latino, and white friends but they all are used to seeing african americans. Im worried I would be outcasted and judged immediately.

Isn't Fukushima a city/town, within which Fukushima Daiichi, Daini, Daisan, Daishi had nuclear problems recently, hence the entire area is now a ghosttown?

And then, that'd mean both he shouldn't be in this area, and shouldn't go in the water?
