Absolutely not the Beatles (doesn't even sound remotely like them). It does sound like a liverpool band, however the production sounds a bit too modern. I tried googling the lyrics but came up with nothing. I guess its a modern band trying to sound British Invasion-ish.

Blue released the single "Don't Wanna Make You Cry" / "Moonlight" on the Zuma label (ZOOM 1, 1982).
It is Blue (Hugh Nicholson).

Great track by some fine musicians [ not the fab four ] but a lovelly homage to the Beatles and Liverpool sound , gets better every time I hear it .
