The Loch ness in the title is used for comparative purposes to state that what we are seeing is similar to what is in Loch Ness, not to give location. No question - this is a harbour porpoise - similar to a dolphin. It's breathing air so it's not a fish. I dont think this is Loch Ness though. There are no surrounding mountains and there is a blue cloudless sky - unlikely for Northern Scotland
