Jessie's Mom was Madame Boss favorite elite agent. Madame Boss was OBSESSED with Mew, so she sent her on a mission to the Andes Mountains( fourth wall broken) to find Mew, then a Blizzard raged trapping her. Out of nowhere Mew appeared in front of her, while she was holding a picture of her young daughter Jessie. Nobody knows if Mew saved her.

I learned of her just about 2 years ago, and it was amazing to know who her mom really was. I stil wonder who her dad is... Well, probably it'll never be known as it happens with Ash, Misty and Dawn so meh.
